The AMC Data Commons (AMC-DC) is an effort by the AMC network to standardize AMC datasets and make such data and associated information centrally accessible via an online portal. The AMC-DC web portal provides summaries of the AMC data collection and allows authorized users to search and download AMC data.
Clinical data available through the AMC-DC is provided in Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) formats to enable interoperability and re-use of the datasets. To support consistency across other data types, the AMC has also established standard data elements and formats for assay and imaging datasets. These standards are described in Data Standardization Plans available in the "Data Commons Charter and Standardization Plans" section below.
Accessing AMC-DC Data
- To request access to the AMC-DC web portal to browse available datasets, complete the AMC Data Commons Login Request Form using the “Request AMC-DC Login Credentials” hyperlink in the “Links & Resources” section.
- To request access to download a specific AMC-DC dataset, complete the AMC DC Data Request Application Form using the “Request Access to Download AMC-DC Data” hyperlink in the “Links & Resources” section.
